The Mission of the Hagerstown Soccer Club, Inc. shall be to provide an opportunity for youth to develop skills in soccer, learn teamwork, responsibility, sportsmanship and build character. The objectives will be achieved by providing supervised instruction, regular season league play and tournament participation in a sportsmanlike atmosphere. |
